Timeframe
Cress Automation has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, contact us at info@cressautomation.com
Shipping
The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs unless the return is due to discrepancy with the item purchased. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging if applicable.
New products with a manufacturer’s seal generally cannot be returned if opened. Exceptions may be made if a manufacturer's warranty applies.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be processed using your original form of payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process.
